Free delivery We offer free delivery on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and your location and are between 1–10 business days from the date of dispatch. You can view the estimated delivery timeframe for your specific order at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active. Your tracking details will be sent to you by email.

Customs and duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support.velour@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Changes to orders If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
