Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
Return window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty tools and skincare devices cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How to request a return Contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. A full refund or free replacement will be arranged.
Wrong item received If the wrong product is delivered, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
