Our 30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issue with your order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support.velour@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
Once approved, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases without requiring you to return the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
There is no restocking fee.
Conditions
To be eligible, claims must be reported within the timeframe above and include the requested proof (photo or video). For hygiene and safety reasons, and to protect against misuse, we reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these conditions or that show evidence of damage caused after delivery.
